Summary: The PCI Permeo replacement for Charlotte, scheduled for 2/20/11, has been postponed until 4/10/11 02:00 - 06:00.
Justification: Several PCI switches in Charlotte cannot be accessed remotely by GNOC. Corrective action includes reboots and/or IOS upgrades. Lack of remote access is considered high risk, therefore this activity has been scheduled for 2/20.
Benefits to Users: N/A
Details: Due to the PCI switch maintenance described above, a decision was made to postpone the implementation of SNX in Charlotte until 4/10/11. This will allow for a full 4 hour maintenance window and ample user testing when SNX is installed on 4/10.
