Summary: CA InterTest/SymDump for CICS v 85 fixlib AC00 is being implemented
Justification: To maintain current software levels and to meet prerequisites for planned MVS upgrade/implementation of Enterprise Cobol v4.2.
Benefits to Users: AC00 fixlib maintenance will permit cics application programs compiled with the new Enterprise Cobol v4.2 to be debugged online with Intertest for cics; And, it will allow application transaction dump analysis and resolution to be performed in cics with Symdump for application programs compiled with the new Cobol v4.2 compiler.
Details: CA InterTest/SymDump v85 will be upgraded to HP maintenance level AC00 on all systems that are currently scheduled for implementation of the Enterprise Cobol v4.2. The upgrade target date for each system will be published in the Service Center RI for the complex. Affected IPC's include: AHIPC, CHIPC, CLIPC, CSAA, DYIPC, PLIPC, SAIPC.
