DETAIL INFORMATION
Summary: Effective in March, 2015 HPCS will no longer accommodate additional test effort outside of contracted and scheduled test time. This includes pre-exercise network testing, or any other effort in addition to contracted / subscribed exercise windows.
Justification: HPCS Delivery and Consulting serve many clients at our recovery sites. Clients / accounts that ask for additional services they have not contracted for interrupt other client test windows and require additional effort to implement. If additional test time is required, it should be purchased up front.
Benefits to User: Better planning, avoidance of additional HP costs, ability to manage resources that have been budgeted up front.
Details: HPCS will no longer accommodate additional ad-hoc requests by accounts / clients for test efforts into recovery sites that have not been contracted for. If additional test time is required, please contact your HPCS Sales representative or HPCS Delivery managers.
